The first floor is a sunroom with custom tile flooring and a small utility room, and the second floor is two bedrooms with hardwood flooring.
Addition in First Ward, Morgantown, WV.​

We kept the original first floor addition which is a living room, and we added a master bedroom and mudroom. The second floor is a 540 sq ft bedroom with two skylights.
