Rainwater Diversion

This house is at the bottom of a valley in star city. Rainwater would create a 2 foot deep pool beside a property dividing wall. We had to install a 15" drain line and french drains around the high side of the house. We also added several gutter-drains around the property.

Driveway Drain in Suncrest, WV.

We did several jobs at this house. A bathroom remodel, new front steps and small front porch/entry deck, sidewalk removal, and this Driveway Drain.

All of the concrete around the drain deteriorated and was not working anymore.

French Drains in Jerome Park, Morgantown, WV.

At this house, we also remodeled an enclosed front porch. We kept the metal roofing on request of the customer.

The house desperately needed french drains all around. We also installed a french drain on the left side of the house, but we lost those pictures when our computer crashed. :-(

French Drain & Gutter Drains in First Ward, Morgantown, WV.

This is also the house that we did a two story addition on. There is no basement under the addition, but it is still important to divert water away to keep mold-causing-moisture out of the foundation.

Gutter, Floor Drain & HVAC drain lines in Imperial View, Cheat Lake, WV.

This is the drainage system at the house in Imperial View that we put an addition on.

We had to re-connect the gutter drains and add drains for the HVAC system and also the floor drain.
